About Me

Over the course of my work life I have been able to improve fundamental skills that has allowed me to efficient handle everyday challenges without any trouble.

Organizational Skills

• Managing devices for students across multiple campuses ensuring that each student receives a new device and charger specifically assigned to them.

• Keeping a clean work space allowing my coworkers and myself a healthy environment to work in.

Problem Solving

• Troubleshooting for an end-user in person when under pressure to resolve the problem at hand.

• The ability to figure out and work through a problem with little to no guidance in order to allow others to continue working on their own tasks.

Communication

• Explaining to end-users what happened and briefly teaching them how to solve the problem in case the issue arises later.

• Keeping coworkers up-to-date on what tasks are being worked on to allow peak efficiency without accidently interrupting one another.

Work Ethic & Reliability

• No matter the size of the task, I am able to work through it efficiently until the end.

• Arriving to the job on time, if not early, everyday allowing for a clean track record.

As I continue to expand my tech related career, I have worked on various school and personal projects.

By working hands on with my own equipment, I have been able to simulate my own enterprise environments, hosts services, and learn critical skill sets required for any technical field.

• Since October 23, 2025 until now I have been diligently working on projects to learn something new everyday.

Unattended Installation College Project (Click here to access page) 

By walking through the process myself then creating my own how-to document on unattended Windows installation, I was able to learn about automation. This project allowed me to learn about Sysprepping a system, the usage of XML files, and how to properly setup an uanttended install without breaking anything.
